Return/Refund Policy

As our products are all grocery items, all sales are final.

www.nutriwish.comshall be happy to replace any sale item(s) in an unlikely event that the food items might be damaged or spoiled during transportation. To make sure that you are satisfied with the food product you receive, please check the contents as soon as your order arrives.

www.nutriwish.comshall not be responsible for the damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you provide to us, or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages, once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party delivery service, but this, of course, is out of our control. To relish the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, due to its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the order, and you shall not be refunded.

In case you qualify for a refund, it takes a minimum of 7 days to process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account.
