This amchur powder giving very tangy and nice punch to my sabzi and chutney. Flavour is very fresh, not like the stale powder from local shop. Even small pinch changing whole taste of food. I using in bhindi, chole and even in salads for extra zing. Aroma is like fresh mangoes. My kids also enjoying the chatpata taste. Packaging also good, easy to store. Very happy with this buy.
When I add this powder to my bhel and chaat, I remembering my college canteen days. It giving same tangy taste like golgappa water. Quality is very fine, not clumpy. I like how just little quantity doing magic. Price is okay for quality.
I add in rajma, chole, even tadka dal. Gives light sour taste without lemon. Feels like home cooking taste. Packing is resealable so no mess.
Taste and aroma is great, packaging nice, but price little more than local market. Still happy because quality is better.
Never knew amchur could make such difference. This one is pure and strong, so use less. Made my aloo sabzi taste exactly like my nani use to make. Will order again surely.
