Taste almost like my mother make back in our village. Spice level is just right, and not too much salt. I mix it with rice and little bit ghee, feels so homely. Texture is perfect, not too coarse, not too fine. My kids also like to dip dosa in it. I store in airtight jar and it stay fresh for long. Will definitely keep buying.
