I buy Flavour Drum Ascorbic Acid mainly for baking bread and also to boost vitamin C in juices. In bread it help dough rise better and keep crumb white without getting dull. In juices, little bit keep them fresh and tangy longer in fridge. Powder fine and white, dissolve fully in water. No bad smell or weird taste if using right dose.
