I try Flavour Drum Bay Leaf Powder for first time when my cousin say it smell like real bay leaf but no work to remove from curry later. Open packet and strong warm smell come out, like cooking in big pot with whole leaves. I use in biryani, masala curry and even in lentil soup. The powder dissolve nicely and flavour spread equal in dish. It save me time and give same taste as fresh bay leaf. Colour is nice natural green-brown, no artificial smell. Airtight pack keep it fresh till last spoon. For busy cooking days, this is perfect.
Added in veg biryani, smell was rich and strong. No need whole leaves now.
