First time I try Flavour Drum Chia Sesame Chutney Powder, I was not sure how taste will be. When open packet, aroma of roasted sesame and light nutty smell of chia come out. I mix with little gingelly oil and taste with hot idly – wow! Slight crunch from sesame seeds and light flavour from chia make very new experience. Not heavy spice, so my kid also like. Also tried as sprinkle on veggie stir fry, give nice aroma. Packet seal good. Keep in airtight jar for long freshness.
I buy this because it has chia seeds also. Taste is unique sesame roasted smell with hint of spice. I like with dosa, upma, and curd rice. Not oily.
This chutney powder is different from regular. Chia give mild crunch, sesame give roasted nut feel. Mix with oil, best with idly.
I mix spoon with hot rice and ghee. Chia adds light texture, sesame taste deep. Packing very good.
I carry this powder in tiffin when out. Works with chapati, bread, rice. Aroma fresh each time.
