I use Flavour Drum Chironji Seeds mainly for desserts like kheer, halwa and sometimes for adding crunch in ladoos. These seeds taste fresh, sweet nutty flavour, not bitter like some old stock I bought earlier. They roast evenly and give wonderful aroma in sweets. Used also in gravies for thickening and rich taste, works amazing. The pack is resealable so stays fresh longer and no moisture problem. Colour is uniform, no black or damaged pieces. Very satisfied with the quality and will be buying again for sure. Price is okay for the freshness and purity I got here.
