I buy Flavour Drum Citric Acid for both kitchen and home cleaning use. In cooking I use for making sherbet, squashes, and to keep pickles fresh longer. Taste is tangy but clean, dissolve fully in water without grain. In cleaning, it remove water stains from my steel kettle and taps, no smell like vinegar and works fast.
