I start using Flavour Drum Fructose Sugar instead of regular sugar few weeks ago. It dissolve faster in my tea and coffee, and also taste more clean sweet, not heavy like white sugar. In baking cakes it give nice texture and little golden colour. I read it has lower GI than normal sugar so good option for controlling sugar levels. Easy to scoop and store, no lumps form if keep tight closed. Price is ok because only small quantity needed for same sweetness. Happy with quality, will continue using for drinks, baking and even fruit salads.
