I first time try Flavour Drum Garlic Chutney Powder and it surprise me how strong garlic aroma come out when open packet. Taste is spicy with deep roasted garlic flavour, perfect for sprinkling on vada pav or sabji. I also mix with curd to make fast dip for paratha. Texture is coarse with small chilli bits which give nice crunch. It not too salty so I can adjust. Packing is tight seal, keep it fresh long. Even after weeks flavor still same. For garlic lovers, this is must have.
The garlic chutney powder is very fresh. Spice level medium high, aroma strong. Works great with pav bhaji, bhajiya.
Remind me of chutney powder my aunt use to make. Garlic well roasted and blended with chilli. I sprinkle on khakra or roti roll.
