This garlic powder is very nice, taste is strong like fresh garlic. I use for making curry, pasta and soups. Makes cooking easy because no peeling needed. Flavor remain even after cooking. My mother also like it very much and ask me to buy more packets for her kitchen.
I am using in daily cooking, very helpful and taste is almost like real garlic. Saves lot of time.
