The flavor is good. My only issue is that the powder is extremely fine, so it creates a bit of a dust cloud when you open or scoop it. You have to be careful not to inhale it. The product itself is good quality.
Good quality mint powder. Works well for raita.
I've started sprinkling this on everything - pakoras, french fries, and roasted makhana. It adds a wonderful, fresh, herby flavor. It's a great, healthy seasoning.
