I order Flavour Drum Mint Leaf Powder after my sister told me it smell like real garden mint. When open packet, strong refreshing mint aroma come out. I use in chutney, raita, and even sprinkle on fruit salad. Taste is natural, not like artificial flavour. Powder texture is fine but still has little leafy feel. Mix well in drinks like lemonade or mint tea, very cooling. Packaging is airtight so freshness stay long. My mother also use it in paratha dough for mint paratha, kids love it. Truly very versatile spice, now fixed in my kitchen shelf.
Made mint chutney in 2 mins using this powder, add lemon and salt. Taste so fresh.
