I bought Flavour Drum Pomegranate Seed Powder mainly to save time when I don’t have fresh anardana. The powder smell fruity and tangy at same time. I used first in chole masala and taste was almost same like crushed seeds. Dissolves well in curry and leaves a light sweet-sour flavour, not overpower. Also tried it in mint chutney and sandwich spread, turn out very tasty. Color looks natural, light reddish brown. Keep in air-tight jar to maintain freshness. Very useful for those who like tangy flavour in cooking without grinding seeds each time. Worth the price for quality.
