I bought Flavour Drum Red Onion Powder after seeing my friend use in curry. When I open packet, smell of fresh onion come out strong. I try in gravy, it dissolve quick and bring nice sweetness with onion flavour. No need chop onions and cry anymore. Colour is natural light pinkish brown, show it’s real red onions. I even sprinkle little into paratha dough for flavour. Works well for dry sabji also. Seal pack keep it dry. Price is okay for the convenience. Now I keep this always ready for emergency cooking.
