I buy this sodium citrate for my mac and cheese recipe. Before cheese always become oily or break, but with this powder the sauce become smooth and creamy without lumps. Dissolve easy in water before adding cheese. Taste not salty strong, very mild so it not spoil recipe flavour. Packaging resealable so I keep fresh. Price ok for quality. Only use little every time so one pack last long. Very happy with it and now my cheese sauce is restaurant style creamy.
