I use Flavour Drum Sorbic Acid in my baking recipes when I want to keep bread and cakes fresh longer. Before, mould come fast in 3-4 days, but with right small amount this stays fresh for a week more. No change in taste if measure correct. It dissolve in warm water easily and then mix in dough or batter. Quality looks clean, crystal form fine and no strange smell. Pack is resealable, so easy storage. Price good for amount. Overall, I am satisfied and recommend for small bakeries or home bakers who want longer shelf life.
