I bought Flavour Drum Soya Lecithin Liquid for my homemade chocolate recipes and it really change the texture. Before chocolate used to get little grainy and sometimes separate, but now it’s smooth and glossy. Only few drops needed, so bottle will last long. It mix well with cocoa butter and sugar. Taste is neutral so doesn’t affect recipe flavour. The liquid form make it easy to measure and incorporate compared to powder. Packaging is good, no leaks. Price reasonable for quality. I also use in salad dressings, helps keep oil mix with vinegar for days. Very happy with product.
