I bought Flavour Drum Soya Lecithin Powder for my homemade chocolate and baking recipes, and I can say it works fantastic. Earlier my chocolate used to get thick and grainy when tempering, but now it flows smooth and sets with nice shine. In bread making, adding small amount makes crumb softer and stays fresh longer. Powder is fine, smells fresh, and has neutral taste so it doesn't affect recipe flavour. Dissolves better when I blend in warm liquid or fat before mixing. Price reasonable for quantity and quality. Will keep using for my bakery work as well as some drinks mixes.
