I try Flavour Drum Tamarind Powder because my friend say it make cooking easy. Earlier I soak tamarind pulp, remove seeds, strain – so much work. Now just one spoon of this powder in curry, rasam or chutney gives same sour tangy taste. I used in sambar first, flavour was natural, no chemical smell. In pani puri water also it work very well, dissolves good in cold water. Packet reseal keep fresh for weeks. Color also natural brown. Good for busy days, and taste match to fresh pulp.
