I try Flavour Drum Tomato Powder after my neighbor say it taste like real tomato. Open packet and smell fresh tangy tomato aroma, not artificial smelling. I use in curry when no fresh tomato at home, it dissolve quick and give nice red colour also rich flavour. Also works great for making pasta sauce fast. Sometimes sprinkle on popcorn and snacks for tangy twist, kids love it. Keep it in sealed jar and it stays fresh for long time. Good product for busy days when cutting tomato is too much work.
Add in white sauce for pasta, gave tangy tomato taste and pink colour.
Made tomato soup by adding to hot water with spices, very fresh taste.
Used in aloo sabji when no fresh tomato, same taste came.
Curry looks and tastes better with one spoon tomato powder.
