I use Flavour Drum Wheat Starch for both cooking and laundry. In cooking it works as thickener for gravies, soups, and even dessert puddings. Powder is fine, white, no lumps. Dissolves fast if mix in cold water before adding to hot dish. In laundry, makes my cotton clothes crisp after ironing. The pack is resealable so easy to store.
