This is a very potent fiber. A word of advice: start with a small dose (half a teaspoon) and work your way up. I took too much at first and felt a bit bloated. Once your body adjusts, it's fantastic. The product is great, just needs gradual introduction.
The powder is extremely fine, so be careful when scooping it out, or you'll have a cloud of fiber dust! The product itself works well, just handle with care.
